ZyvAir is not the operating carrier. Liability for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or other carrier issues rests with the operating airline.

Compensation claims should be directed to the airline pursuant to its Conditions of Carriage and applicable law (Montreal Convention, EC 261, etc.).
